AShley Ramsey Powell

Reverend Ashley Powell is a dynamic leader, serving as an assistant principal where she is committed to guiding both students and staff toward their futures and destinies. With a strong foundation in education and ministry, Ashley is an author, evangelist, and conference host, dedicated to empowering youth and young adults in both their spiritual and personal growth. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, with minors in Psychology and Theology, from Lee University, as well as a Master's of Education from the University of Hartford. Her academic background, combined with a heart for service, allows her to nurture the next generation in the classroom and beyond.

In addition to her work as an educator, Ashley has traveled the world, preaching and teaching in countries like Ghana, Guatemala, Haiti, and Ukraine. Her ministry spans both local and global contexts, where she shares the Word of God and encourages young leaders to step into their calling. Currently, Ashley serves as the Ministry Leader for Rooted Young Adult Ministry at Rehoboth Church of God in Bloomfield, CT, where she works alongside her husband, Garraine Powell. Together, they are dedicated to serving the Lord and using their marriage as a platform to glorify God through their lives and ministry.

Ashley is also the founder of several impactful initiatives, including the Young Preachers Network, the Giant Slayers Conference, and Flawless Young Ladies—a mentorship platform for young women. These ministries provide empowerment, leadership development, and guidance to youth and young adults across the region, helping them grow in their faith, leadership skills, and personal journeys.

With a deep passion for God's Word and a servant's heart, Reverend Ashley Powell continues to impact lives wherever she goes.
